Andy was referred by a friend who was impressed with his superior customer service. Dealing with Andy was better than I had imagined. We had some glitches (caused by us, not Andy) with the loan process, and Andy was diligent in resolving issues and following through, which resulted in the refinance for us. We will be using Andy in the future, should we refinance again, or purchase another property.
